[Case Study] Biomass Silo and Slipform Method
The scaffolding and formwork assembly process can be omitted! Here is an example of constructing four silos.
We would like to introduce a case study of our company's "Biomass Silo Slip Form Method." This method integrates the formwork and working floor, allowing them to be raised by jacks, which eliminates the need for scaffolding and formwork assembly processes, enabling continuous concrete pouring. For the construction of four silos, we planned to manufacture the slip form device (SF device) in a way that allows it to be divided, thereby shortening the replacement process. (Steel formwork and connection bolts will be newly used with each replacement of the SF device.)
